Cassette

Reproduction quality

The best-quality reproduction is

obtained if you

d use C60, C90 or special car tape

cassettes

d remove cassettes from the car in

extremely cold or hot weather (below

– 106 or above + 406)

d protect cassettes against exposure to

direct sunlight or dirt and dust.

Listening to cassettes

Switch on the radio.

Push a cassette into the slot or, if there

is already one in the slot, press

until "TAPE 1" is displayed.

Noise suppression

press until the best audio reproduction

is obtained. The radio switches be-

tween Dolby off, Dolby B and Dolby C.

Changing tape track

Ejecting cassette

Search using buttons

Music search:

Press the desired direction briefly.

The next piece of music is only recog-

nised after a period of silence at least

four seconds long.

Fast forward/reverse:

Press the desired direction twice

briefly.

To interrupt fast forward/reverse:

Press briefly in the desired direction.
